A mi me resulta util el que todos en el equipo comprendan el major goal, y entonces, ellos sean los que aporten en cada una de las areas el aporte para lograrlo, esto fomenta el trabajo en equipo y que todos se involucren en lograr este objetivo en tiempo y forma, en conjunto. La comunicacion siempre debe ser clara y quedar escrita hasta lograrlo para no perder la objetividad.
