I enjoy sharing real life stories of people I’ve helped and the barriers they had to overcome, I.e. new to country or long career gap or career change. If I’m lucky they give me permission to show their photo but sometimes this is a sensitive area so I have to be careful about protecting privacy. Other times I tell a story about them without naming them and if this story is similar to someone reading, then it makes them feel like they’re not the only one that struggles.
