Me encanta este tema, sobre todo ahora que se escucha tanto la escasez de talento. En mi opinión y experiencia, el mercado laboral ha cambiado muchísimo que el atraer y retener el talento ya no es como antes con pizza party, boliche tuesday, futbolito y todos esos beneficios que en algún momento funcionaron. Hoy la gente valora mucho la calidad de vida, así que las empresas si quieren tener y retener al mejor talento tendrán que darles verdaderos beneficios como home office (cuando es posible para el puesto), horarios flexibles, salarios competitivos, proyectos retadores, etc. Hoy en día se busca ser escuchados y valorados por sus aportaciones, así como tener tiempo para la vida personal.
