In my experience to be constantly updated with technological evolution in different fields of human knowledge, as well as in the economy and its various industries, we must explore books in different areas of thought, training in more than one language or different culture, seek to understand this population, being aligned with human behavior, cultural influences as well as the main beliefs that guide behavior. The expansion of this knowledge in the development of software that incorporate such principles of performance improvements and economies of scale for organizations and quality of life for employees, which within a virtuos cycle of learning and collaboration will contribute to advances in new enterprise software versions.

We must constantly be measuring and evaluating our progress. Reflecting on what worked and didn’t work. Too often it is too easy to simply move on and hope that our past investments have paid off. But without reflection and post-mortem, we have no idea if we are even moving in the right direction.
