Acredito que o primeiro passo é saber o que o cliente quer, o que ele precisa, o que ele acha que não precisa, a partir daí traçar um plano de estado atual, para após o programa de treinamentos, medir a eficácia do pós treinamento e fazer um comparativo do antes e depois, para que tenha o valor percebido pela empresa contratante.
