One thing I have found to be helpful for one to succeed in embracing change, is to accept it as it comes. You've to be ready to ride along with the tides that change brings, this will allow you to discover your hidden capabilities, if you have not been tried or hit by adversity you will never discover your hidden strength. Always maintain a positive outlook, try to explore new challenges and opportunities that comes with change. I encourage individuals to develop a growth mindset, this will grant you with the prerequisites for successful adaptation to embrace change because your perception will be viewing change as a rare opportunity to showcase your adaptation skills.

I strongly feel as someone who has deep knowledge, experience and the skills to lead those who lack the experience you are obliged to mentor those that require your knowledge. Therefore, you have to be available for your team or your organization to lead them into successfully achieving the objectives. In my experience as an Accountant, I have seen that having a mentor who is experienced to guide you through your career or tasks is something cardinal to successfully execute your tasks. Therefore, rendering that support to a financial team would be one of the key element to ensure success.

I couldn't agree more on encouraging teamwork, in order to cultivate resilience in leading a team of financial professionals through change. The saying teamwork makes the dream work is totally true when we are dealing with resilience, I'm sure a lot of people would agree with me that we are all unique and possess different strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, having a proper team in place would compliment each other's weaknesses and strengths leading to successful resilient team with a common goal. Change is much easier if working as a team, this encourages members that are afraid of new things that comes with change. Individuals that are very familiar with effective strategies to successfully adapt should provide guidance with clarity.
