I would challenge anyone who is reflecting and trying to find their passion to not just reflect on and list out tasks that are enjoyable but to look for patterns in the activities. Look for patterns such as connecting people and ideas, analyzing data for insights, advocating for others, etc. These will often be your strengths and what gives you a "spark." It will help you narrow your focus so you find something that really resonates with you.
