As leaders, one needs to understand what our own biaises and assumptions are and listen to others. Are we really open to dialogue and failing ourselves? What are our own biaises and assumptions and how do our processes and policies help or hinder others to be transparent, practice open dialogue and hold the reflective processes to learn from failures or shortcomings?
