To convey the vision and objectives as a leader is a mix of empathy, purpose, vision and examples. There is no recipe, there are some positive attitudes that can help. Generate spaces of trust, fulfill commitments, accompany, care, develop people, give feedback, talk with everyone and most importantly: be honest, transparent and integrity.
