By planning ahead your budget and forcact projections which you can do remotely given all the required data and tools , you will be able to meet and present these projections together with the assumptions to the different stakeholders on site. For this session be to effective , you would need to take notes and validate your assumptions with the different involved units that you will be setting their budgets or forecasts and you need to have the direction from top management based on company's vision and strategy for the period of financial projections, once you have these tools , you are able to do this work remotely.

Teams muito bom para desenvolvimeto e colaboração da equipe.

Do your best to create folders in your email platform, and file away FYIs and completed tasks to their respective places, such that the only emails in your general inbox are tasks that you haven’t wrapped up yet. This has been an absolute game changer
