E é fato que, quanto antes o liderado obter de seu líder ou de seus pares informações que o permitam avaliar se está no caminho certo em um determinado projeto ou trabalho, mais fácil é de corrigir a rota. É de pouca utilidade um feedback formal ao término de um semestre ou um ano, pois, talvez pode não ser mais possível mudar o rumo, o destino errado já pode ter sido alcançado. Portanto, acredito que os feedbacks devem ser constantes, tanto para reforçar as ações corretas quanto para recolocar no caminho algo que por ventura pode estar um pouco fora dos trilhos.

Um feedback precisa ser construtivo para não desestimular o colaborador, é preciso mostrar ao colaborador que se pode complementar o que já vem sendo feito e não desmotivar com colocações como se o trabalho está sendo feito de forma errada. A ideia do feedback é somar e não descontruir um comportamento por completo.

Infelizmente muitas empresas entendem que profissionalizar o seu empregado é prepara-lo para o mercado, sem entender que evoluindo as habilidades de seus funcionários geram melhores resultados para a própria empresa e também maior comprometimento do funcionário e também gera mais valor da empresa para o funcionário.

Acho muito útil investir tempo em treinamento da equipe e buscar a melhoria continua dos resultados no dia a dia principalmente ouvindo a equipe quanto a sugestões. Assim ficam mais seguros no desenvolvimento de suas atividades.

Essa postura por parte da empresa, gera maior responsabilidade do funcionário e também maior comprometimento, deixando claro para o colaborador sua real importância para a empresa e o quanto a empresa confia em seu trabalho.

Hay que reconocer el trabajo bien hecho, generalmente somos muy rápidos en señalar lo que está mal hecho y bastante más reacios a decir lo que está bien. Reconocer lo bueno ayuda a que el colaborador esté contento, se sienta reconocido y motivado y gane confianza. Para que nuestros colaboradores mejoren tienen que saber que lo están haciendo bien y sentirse respaldados. A todos nos gusta que nos reconozcan el trabajo bien hecho.

Work life balance! As a supervisor the bottom line is definitely important but “your” people and “their” people are important too. Care about what’s important to them and they’ll do their best. Getting someone to do their best is the biggest accomplishment. Skill can be taught. Drive, ambition, loyalty and retention has to come from somewhere else. Efficiency usually comes with retention.
