Pero antes de establecer objetivos, siempre propongo hacer un estudio de mercado, de las tendencias, de las barreras, de la competencia, de los precios, de nas necesidades del consumidor. Si no conoces el entorno en el que te mueves, ¿Cómo podrías establecer objetivos reales? Define objetivos mensuales, trimestrales, anuales y ten una visión a largo plazo. Establece métricas online y offline para medir el éxito. Herramientas como OKR (Objetivos y Resultados Clave) también pueden ayudar a alinear las metas del equipo con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa, asegurando que todos trabajen hacia el mismo fin.

I can only measure the effectiveness of my team by how well they sell the product in question... As a marketing manager my main aim is to sell as much products as possible which is simply the final destination of every products, if you are not giving me enough sales, it simply means my team is not effectively doing their job. In otherwords, i measure my teams hardwork with the amount of sales i receive.
