Whilst it's easier to say it's harder to embrace change unless you adopt a growth mindset. It's particularly harder for subject matter experts / professionals who are rooted in their way of working and have authority. My experience is that they don't like to be challenged and will only listen to other experts or their superiors. So it's very important to bring these people on the journey from the beginning for organisations to thrive in a dynamic business environment where change is a constant. It's also important to recognise that the rate of change in an organisation does not exceed its capacity to change because disruption from within if not managed well, would ultimately kill the business.

Change is inevitable but managing change is crucial to its success. People invariably don't react well to change and in organisations this is very true when it comes to changes in methods, work practices and company culture. Having been through this many times, companies need to recognize that change has to be managed and implemented carefully, rather than just being thrust on its employees.
