Na minha experiência enquanto funcionária de uma instituição com mais de 20 anos de experiência, percebi que muitos gestores despreparados não conhecem as palavras delegar e compartilhar, o que torna muitas vezes o ambiente hostil e sem fluidez na execução das tarefas. Centralizar é algo que não funciona no mundo corporativo, pois corre-se o risco de se perder inúmeras informações e o trabalho não se concretizar a contento. Temos que entender que todos podem ser protagonistas dentro de suas funções e isso só tem a agregar ao todo. Crescer só tem sentido, se for compartilhado, ninguém gere algo isolado.
