Psychology and Philosophy for games are providing us(Game Designers) how our target audience reacts to the game's design. Players' feedbacks (reacts) help us to create engaged contents(always be in demand) and better user experience.

In my opinion, every person who works in the gaming industry needs to understand at least some marketing basics. This knowledge ensures that everyone on the team can contribute to the game's visibility and success. If you have any skills in marketing, you can see how your actions can directly and indirectly impact players (and affect retention as a result). You gain more knowledge about how certain things can affect the brand, enhancing your ability to make informed decisions that benefit the game's overall success.

Networking shouldn't just be limited to when you are actively looking for a new job or opportunity. When starting a new project, at my place of employment, I always make sure to reach out to colleagues I have not had the pleasure of working with prior and ask to schedule a 30 minute meet and greet. Meet and greets are a great way to introduce yourself and make connections with the many industry professionals you work alongside. You never know what opportunities a good first impression can make and you create a foundation for future interactions.

GameJams are great to see the result of "Are we able to work with a team?" question and reach the network of game designers. Other than these, there are no positive experiences for us. We need to join a team to experience developing/designing game in a long term. In the meantime, we can follow other updates about game engines etc. and try with our team.

Reading blogs, listening to podcasts, and watching GDC conferences will help you. Looking for general knowledge, perspective, and down-to-earth workflow when you have spare time will pay dividends in time.

Trust is your most valuable asset. It's hard to acquire and is easily depleted. When you have difficult choices to make as a team, people will need to trust each other skills and intuition. They will also need to trust each other as human beings to communicate well. You can earn trust by being transparent, taking responsibility when your decisions lead to failure, and of course, by caring about the team.
