Feedback is equal to "data" and you need to convert that into "information". That's why you need to analyze that feedback and critiques. No podcast is good for everybody, and there are always people who don't like it and want to tell you about. Thus, a part of the critiques you receive are not a help for improving your podcast. Other part of the critiques, yes. Some people tell you more about "feelings" or "sensations" than specific issues, so you need to do the work and translate those "vague" concepts into applyable mechanisms. That's the way feedback becomes useful for you.
