Make a logo for the company. Now, when you write about what you are learning in AI and you post your articles to LI share those articles through your company page and your personal profile. Pin your best articles to the top of your LI profile. When recruiters and interviewers look at your profile you will look like you are "in AI"... because you are! Make sure to adjust your resume to also call the reader to your LinkedIn page to see the articles you have written. Once you have all of this working you will have a lot to say in the interview!

Certifications are good way to test the knowledge acquired. Certifications have practical questions which are good to validate the depth of knowledge acquired. Some job interviews do look for certifications and it will help if it’s there.
