As the AI is rapidly evolving and getting integrated in almost all the products, you should stay informed of all these changes. The best way to stay up-to-date is regularly reading the publications, blogs and announcements. For these, I personally use Medium, Google Feed, LinkedIn, and the Local design groups. Recently Figma also integrated AI in its core services like Generative AI and announced some new services like Figma Slides. There's no need to panic from AI integration, but we just need to evolve along with it, to start embracing and learning how to better utilise it.

This allows you to leverage their technical knowledge while providing user-centered context and research goals.
