The most important part to learning is to find something your passionate about learning. Because if you want to show your dedication towards learning... ... the you have to be dedicated towards learning. And you will be much more dedicated if your truly passionate about learning it. Write down 3 topics you could talk for hours about if you sat next to someone with the same interest. Then the interesting part is to link those topics to what you do in your career. Creativity is to mix ideas from different fields. And by doing that you'll likely find something that is unique for you to talk about. I love fitness and sports and use it to talk about leadership lessons from that world. Find yours and talk widely about it.

"You are the average of the 5 people you spend most time with" So whenever you seek out networking opportunities, then consider in which direction you want to pull your "average". Networking is scary for many people, but honestly it has given me not only knowledge, but also friendships. Years ago I started to reach out to different people that I found very interesting (here on LinkedIn) and have had so many wonderful conversations. Take the step and reach out to tell someone that you admire what they've done and would love to connect. And once connected ask if they might be up for a 30 min chat. Many people say yes 🙌
