I would like to share 3 key points. 1. "Shared goal" where the purpose and objectives are aligned, and at the same time, meets each individual team member's personal goal in his/her aspirations and objectives. 2. "Humility" where there is a "willingness" to learn and share ideas, knowledge and experience. This same humility permeates relationships within the team, as well as those outside - stakeholders, partners and clients. It is the willingness to listen to the conversations and bringing value to these conversations with humility. 3. "Sincerity" in the management of relationship and communication fosters trust and resilience of the team in facing adversities and ensuring that the team sails through these storms and staying intact.

In my experience, matching company & individual values in recruitment is crucial for sustainable success.I worked with a friend where we employed shared vision boards for his firm. We collaborated to create a detailed board reflecting company goals. Aligning team visions with these objectives, we tied org goals to personal growth guiding increments. Quarterly evaluations maintained alignment; discrepancies prompted corrective actions. Vision boards were prominently displayed, reinforcing collective goals. Individuals aligned personal aspirations with the organization's aims through their own boards on devices. This ongoing process built a shared understanding of objectives and nurtured a strong sense of purpose within the organization.

Consulting and specifically within the IT Industry can be very challenging. Technology evolves extremely quickly and so does the associated Consultative element of it. IT Consultants have to make sure that they are up to date with latest trends, technologies and architectures to allow them to be at the top of their game. This takes a lot of mental energy as well as dedicated hard work. Hence the need to recognise and reward were appropriate. The former builds your character, strength and resilience as you take on greater roles and responsibilities in life, and these positive experiences would support you, and not fall apart.

Balanced work-life is very important. In my experience creating a trust and collaborative environment and providing individuals with flexibility and autonomy to conduct and manage their tasks is very important. In addition to this having a regular check-ins to determine if individuals are aligned with the company goals and getting to know if there is anything that organisation can do to support them which can help them to work and prosper.

According to me, work-life balance is crucial for developing a sense of purpose. By valuing personal well-being, an organization can effectively communicate to its employees that it values them as people, not merely as resources for the company's bottom line. An overall feeling of purpose and happiness is enhanced by this balance, which enables employees to find significance in their work while leading satisfying lives outside of the workplace.
