automated tests on cloud hosted web app also better using online database server like aws, and use s3 for host files, all this previous means nothing is considered remote external as any one test team can access same static resources and parts of application which is hosted online same as web app itself, also by using Github and source control it makes the remote team work async which each other speacily using the previous mentioned parts, also use Github actions, templates and CI/CD best practice , and write dynamic test before pushing to each stage dynamic based on developers roles so no one work not asnyced test team can test full project easy with unit tests and best add all their tests in Github so all tests of full app done remotely
