I agree with this. As a teacher you need to get feedback from your learners, coworkers and even parents/guardian. Please note that the feedback may be positive or negative, this will help you to either re-evaluate your teaching methods or help you re-inspect your methods.

If we continue to do things the old fashioned way … every student in a straight row , staring at the teacher talking while students write down notes — it will not work. If the day is not good for a lesson - be flexible and do the lesson another day. Be creative - have fun and get all your students excited to learn !
