Utilize fishbone diagrams or cause-and-effect analysis to visualize factors contributing to the problem. The best way is to find the root cause, engage with relevant stakeholders, and help the involved team understand the updated vision. This allows transparency. A change control plan will ensure that all changes go through what was initially agreed upon.
