Process Automation is primarily about automating the repetitive rule based tasks. Hence therefore it can't take tasks where human decision making is required or where the process is critical and human validation is a must. I can share one of my personal examples. There was a use case where PDF documents were there and using the OCR needs to extract the data out of those PDF documents. The PDF documents contain account numbers as well. Now let's take an example: There is an account number 00867. Instead of reading it like the above mentioned, OCR extracted it like 00067. Here comes the human touch where a human being can actually validate. Like the above example a balance can be made between PA and humans.
