Speaking in business terms, the more skillful you are, the higher your client retention as you can help him in different aspects of his career or business. Last year I completed a Master’s Degree in Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology and it was one of the best career decisions I made, because not only was I able to expand my portfolio of services and expand my network in the coaching industry, but I was able to deepen the relationship with my regular clients due to the new information and perspective I was gaining. Mi consejo, de acuerdo a mi experiencia, es: Identifica a tu cliente Háblale de su "dolor" Después le cuentas sobre cómo puedes mitigar ese dolor. Se preciso y habla sobre tu cliente. Si tú tema es lo "genial" que eres y lo "especial" que es tu sistema, te vuelves petulante y tú cliente va a dejar de escucharte.

This could prove very effective in contracts with organizations and not only with individuals. It is particularly attractive to younger generations.
