Effective use of technology such as video enabled calls, teams message, and regular team meetings to track work progress, challenges, and successes. 2. **Accountability:** Setting up clear expectations, goals, and timelines. We should encourage accountability. 3. **Empowerment:** Delegating the task to team member and trusting on their capabilities. This will reduce the need of constant supervision. Be on video calls,when you are listening to someone,pay attention to them,do virtual coffee together,help the team with their growth plan, in short nurture the relationships.
