For efficient communication, stick to a consistent style, modify the material format, make use of analytics, and incorporate interactive components.

LinkedIn has proven to be a very interactive platform for communicating a strategic vision. I use it as a place to collect my thoughts and craft into a plan. And all the while I'm doing this, my team interacts with these posts and then meets me having already understood a perspective of mine and ready to contribute to real action instead of niceties.

According to my point of view there are 2 points choosing the right platform 1. Audience Alignment: Select social media platforms where your team is most active. If your team is more engaged on professional networks like LinkedIn, focus your strategic communication efforts there. Understanding your team's preferred platforms ensures better reach and engagement. 2. Content Suitability: Different platforms have varying content formats. Choose a platform that aligns with the type of content that best conveys your strategic vision. For instance, platforms like Instagram and Pinterest are image-centric, while LinkedIn and Twitter may be more text-focused.

Trust the algorithm of this social medium, we all are stakeholders working on the improvement of the algorithm. We all like to achieve a personal environment that feels good, the algorithm is a very good and decent starting point.
