Emotion is no longer in control we have to reach deep into the unconscious mind & remove -tivity by root. Work on body: Ideas picked from other peoples opinions, may not be aware, & subconscious mind will carry -tive. body is prone to fall sick & limitation in enjoying! body cannot take stress beyond certain point gets rooted deeply in unconscious mind. we think that body is working against you. truth is, it is boat to carry you across the river of worldiness. it will make reach Divine. Cleanse energy blockages. desire, fear, grief Work on your thoughts: lot times, we don't control our thoughts. they lead us wherever they wish to. Work on your emotions: Recognize strongest emotions, Focus on +tive emotions learn to transform -tive emotions

Remain positive and emotionally strong, avoid being judgemental and always be in learning spirit. Feedback from your seniors and juniors helps a lot. In my experience asking for such feedback in an informal set up one on one helps to get honest feedback and also builds a trusting relationship both up the order and down the order. These goes a long way mediating issues and leadership skills.

Once there’s an understanding of individual strengths and preferences it can be insightful and powerful to assess and evaluate how you’re doing on an ongoing basis. When we take the time to do so; awareness and skills continue to grow over time. This can be done in < 5 mins simply asking ourselves what went well, what didn’t and what we can do differently next time. When we KNOW better, we DO better. Having said this; practicing the art of visualization can be a superpower for anyone dealing with anything that feels hard. Visualizing the outcome, the parties reactions and responses ahead of time, predicting what might occur and contemplating responses often lead to enhanced preparation and more thoughtful interactions and outcomes.

Self-awareness as a leader gives one very strong insights into one's responses to conflict situations. A leader can draw from their own experience and understand the kind of triggers that accelerate a situation both at the tactical and strategic levels. Also, a proactive understanding of the cultural issues will help a leader foresee any possible conflict situation and take necessary steps to stop them from arising or resolve them with better preparation in case stopping the same in not possible.

" Meaning a person becomes used to difficult situations because of their life experiences.

As a compassionate, effective and wise leader one knows learning is daily. Approach the day with an attitude of learning shall take place today. Learning comes in the form of both formal and informal education. Informal and formal education is gifted by others that abound. Note as the day unfolds one can learn from the tiniest of us - the infant - the kitten, the puppy, the calf, the budding plant. Have a daily heart of learning.

Seek for feedback by listening to others critiques. These will often come through second handed comments from others and sometimes through inference rather than direct comments. Most people will treat you with kid gloves if they like you.

Take note of what worked and what didn't. Be willing to admit you made a mistake. Keep doing what works. The effects of leadership take time to unfold. Be patient.

Seek feedback from those you don't trust. Then look for the grain of truth. It's hard to do and can tax your capacity to stretch, yet can yield tremendous insights. And since conflict resolution is about dealing with difficult situations, asking for feedback from those we don't trust puts us right there.

In my experience, reflection is as important as learning, practicing the skills learned, and identifying the appropriate skills to apply in the appropriate situations. Through reflection, you can consider the impact of your work. Did you help move the conflict closer to resolution? Did you empower the people to think critically with a broader scope and empathic perspectives? Are there ways to improve? Is there a need to revisit the parties or conduct more research? Schedule time to reflect and process the session. Be sure to prioritize your professional development by showing up for the reflective moments.

Reflecting is such an important tool, and in my experience is best done immediately following an event/incident to provide the raw and recent perspectives of the situation. Depending on the event, this can create some tension as individuals’ viewpoints differ, so it is often critical as a leader to ensure the reflection is a safe space to voice opinions whilst remaining constructive to the overall conversation. Psychological/behavioural assessment tools such as a Hogan’s report can be very helpful in creating self-awareness, particularly with respect to ‘de-railers’ which depict the likely behaviours each person may exhibit in stressful situations. Knowledge is power, and being aware of reactions in advance helps teams to plan accordingly.

Reflective practices play an important role in self-development and cultivating self-awareness. Studies show that those who practice reflecting are better leaders and better colleagues as they have higher self-awareness. They feel more confident in their roles, they experience less stress and anxiety. Greater self-awareness allows us to be more conscious about our reactions, motives, thoughts, behaviours, strengths and weaknesses. We are more aware of ourselves in relation to the environment and we are better at seeing others’ point of views. Reflecting benefits greatly to overall wellbeing - to being more resilient.

Reflection is a very important part of this process. Reflecting on not only the areas you are working on but what type of leader you choose to be and when and under what conditions you need to step out of your comfort zone due to the direction or demands of the situation.

Be clear about the ethos and underlying philosophies of your mediation practice. If you rely on 'feedback from others' this can be so random and perhaps significantly different from your underlying ethos that you feel all at sea with seemingly contradictory comments. If you don't have your own anchor for your practice, against which to compare your practice, recognise mistakes and adjust accordingly, then relying on 'feedback' can mean you blow this way one week and the other another week and never feel secure in your base. You go into the room alone when you practice and you come out alone. Be clear about your base philosophy and know that it is self-consistent and not contradictory.

I am a big fan of continued learning. There are countless opportunities to improve both process skills as well as what we can all continue to work on, in a diverse world, namely, cross-cultural communication. Once we define "culture" by including all segments of diversity, we should accept that we can always improve our ability to learn what it is like to stand in another's shoes.

One thing I can tell for sure - learning is a never-ending story. We do it already without even realizing we have learned a lesson from a situation or experience we've had. The more in the 70% part, the better.

There are no time limits for learning new things in both professional and real life. I learned that the mistakes we made in life makes us more stronger after corrections. We can grow by learning from group of people who have the same interests and experience. This means that we can use each other's experiences to improve our mediation and leadership development skills.

In my prospective keeping ourself updated and informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in clinical research and pharmacovigilance. We can use sources, such as journals, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, or social media, to stay abreast of the current and emerging issues and challenges in our field. We can also participate in events, such as conferences, seminars, or workshops, that can provide us with new insights, perspectives, and connections.

Sometimes your own situations are the the most difficult ones. I try to become an eagle to look at issues, including my own from up above; Exercise your listening skills by telling yourself to speak less and FOCUS on what you hear without having to respond. Breath slower when when hearing something scary or threatening. Look at the bigger picture and remind people of that, get them out of the tunnel vision. Everything that happens, I search for some kind of meaning without forcing it, its a useful exercise to figure out whats really important. Once in a while I ask people to close their eyes and imagine images of peace and share them, even the most hardened people can then relate to each other and find a common language.

Most of us simply cannot see the areas we in which need leadership and communication growth. We need candid 360 feedback to obtain an understanding - from a diverse set of individuals who don't think like us - to recognize ways in which we're leading, managing and communicating that might be counter-productive or damaging. As a former corporate VP, then a therapist, and now coaching hundreds of high-level professionals, I've seen firsthand that how we view ourselves and how we think we're coming across often doesn't match reality. My tip: Get ongoing feedback but also engage continuously in leadership and communication training, to stretch beyond who and what you are today. Without continuous learning, we stay stagnant and uninformed.

Adding physicality to a difficult conversation can work wonders. Yesterday, during a challenging situation, I asked the person I was in communication with to get up and move into my chair to help the visualisation process of another viewpoint. Often a powerful tool for visual people.

When I started mediating, I was focused on technique. Now I am more focused on energy - the energy I bring to the conversation, the energy the parties bring. I constantly ask myself "What would be helpful at this moment?" That grounding keeps me from running ahead of the parties and staying in their service.

Cultivate candid relatives and friends. They see things about us that can make us cringe. if we can get them to tell us their truth, and we can find a grain of truth even though they get on our nerves,our leadership skills will grow exponentially.
