How can you define Information Architecture with stakeholders for a new product?

I would suggest you have a clear understanding and view of your content. Keep the to a precise point on your goals. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. In my experience, some of the best opportunities happen after a good Q.A. When everyone has time to talk and discuss the situation. Lastly, make sure your questions go along with the rest of the product. You want to always make sure when a design comes up, that you know what is all explained and expected. Have a plan that clearly explains the process. From the issue to the solution. Draw it out and have clear vision of what the solution looks like.
