As a Country Partnership Manager for an NPO, I do consider the skills and expertise of my partners' employees when choosing CSR initiatives. Identify initiatives that can leverage their strengths, talents, and interests, so the staff feel engaged and motivated to participate actively.

The final step is to measure and report your progress and impact on supporting SDGs through CSR initiatives. You can use the SDG Indicators, a set of 232 indicators that track the achievement of the SDGs, to monitor and evaluate your performance and outcomes. You can also use the SDG Reporting Framework, a tool developed by the Global Reporting Initiative and the UN Global Compact, to disclose your SDG-related information and actions. You can share your results and stories with your employees, stakeholders, and the public, and celebrate your successes and challenges. By measuring and reporting, you can demonstrate your accountability and transparency, and improve your learning and improvement.
