The company will always make their best efforts to onboard a skilled and capable candidates, salary is no bar sometimes to hire the right person. So be confident and sure of your skills, remember it’s like selling your skills, make sure you’re paid as per the quality and quantity of your service like you would do in a salon or to a carpenter/ doctor/ house help etc. it’s for the hours and expertise .
