There will be situations where nothing helps you sustain, other than your own strengths.. unless you know it, you can't tap into those powers and make use of them. Similarly knowing your weak areas helps you to be conscious while handling specific areas and it helps a lot for better decisions and actions.

The simplest way to identify your strength and weakness is, 'self-reflection'. Spend time to think about yourself. How did you handle challenging situations? What quality of yours helped you then? What caused you failures? What you learned about yourself from that? Ask more questions to self, and that will drive you to answers. Get a coach's help if you need guidance in the process.

I think a lot about Ikigai when considering who I am and how I can contribute to the world through my businesses. Ikigai is the Japanese concept of combining the terms iki, meaning “alive” or “life,” and gai, meaning “benefit” or “worth.” It's a thought exercise that resembles a Venn diagram combining what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. I try to do this exercise annually to ensure my values align with my business goals.
