Após a rescisão, os termos podem ser negociados, também e os dois lados devem estar abertos para isso, pois todos podem ganhar. Se eu, como contratante tenho um material com PI do contratado e pretendo usa-lo para meu benefício e o contrato não prevê isso, por qual razão não posso propor um acordo? Ou se a Propriedade Intelectual, é minha, por qual motivo não posso fazer um acordo benéfico para ceder direitos de uso para o outro? Eu posso ganhar muito com isso. E o mesmo pensamento vale para a outra parte. Se olharmos mais para "como posso ganhar com isso" em vez de "não quero que você ganhe com isso", chegaremos longe.
