How can you manage risk when implementing Social Impact solutions?

Identifying and assessing risks is crucial for the success of a social impact solution. Risks can arise from various sources and have different implications, both internally and externally. Utilize tools like risk matrices, SWOT analysis, scenario planning, and stakeholder mapping to thoroughly identify and assess potential risks. Consider risks from all angles, including ethical, legal, social, and environmental factors, and their potential impact on beneficiaries, partners, and funders. By understanding the likelihood and impact of these risks, you can develop strategies to mitigate or manage them effectively.

During assessing the risk; all level stakeholders should be considered. Sometimes we emphasize the majority 's opinions but each risk should be considered in the same way!

To set priority obviously we will have to think about the impact of risks on the target audience. It should be considered in such ways where we can provide support or can't! And mitigate the risks should have an alternative plan; if the first plan does not work, then the alternative plan can provide support!

To mitigate the risks the collective actions are very important. Considering this; all stakeholders will have to be brought under the same umbrella.

Monitoring the risk is very important to mitigate the risks! Not only the end line monitoring but also ongoing monitoring should have on the regular process. Through this process it is very helpful to mitigate the risk in the easy ways.
