How can you measure the social impact of government programs through effective communication?

The most important thing to measure social impact is to design parameters through which we can quantify the result in an optimum manner. Efficiency of measurement will define the quality of our measurement.

In my experience, I always like to add a few independent views into any social programs. Any social goal must be achieved through public private partnership. So adding few independent views from non govt sector would make more sense on how we are driving the key initiatives. Feedback from cross sector always helps in refining the way we target our goals.

With defining clear objectives, outcomes, and performance indicators. Measure public perception and impact assessment. Regular communication process and actively engaging the stakeholders in social activities and services.
