How can you motivate leaders to prioritize innovation and change?

It's important to build enough trust with the people you are working with such that if you say the building is burning they will take action. They will have to jump and make a change to adapt. If there is not great trust yet, the reflective method can help the leaders identify the position they want to be inside of emerging trends. It can be useful to help them see who they are and who they want to become inside of a changing landscape using data to augment the self reflection insights.

Motivate leaders by highlighting innovation's advantages, and stressing adaptability in ever-changing markets. Share success stories, demonstrating how innovation boosts competitiveness and resilience. Highlight its potential for heightened efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. As human beings we look to thrive, and we lose our selves when we stagnate. As children we always looked for more, what else we could create explore and construct. We have lost our innate innovative streak as we have become routine and mechanical.
