Well first and foremost it is a paradox to consider CSR a "strategy"; however given we are at a LinkedIn corporate based platform what can I expect. Nonetheless one of the first things to consider when thinking about the EIA framework is that it is largely attributed to law (land) and governance. Considering just these two 'simple' factors : land distribution, gentrification and historically proven evidence of the erasure of marginalized communities in such cases should be made a frontline concern. While it is essential to keep government based baseline assessment objectives in mind, to truly be a progressive and leading figure in #corporatesocialresponsibility any organization or entity must look beyond and bare witness to the loopholes there that would garner their profit but hurt the most marginalized populations/sectors of humanity. Humanity as a baseline word here - which requires an indepth look within and conversation with communities whose voices have been historically erased for the sake of such progress. Stakeholder interests coming next to last but if the stakeholders truly care about this agenda then there is nothing stopping them for truly imbibing and investing in further mitigation of injustice research as a core "value

Le bilan carbone est un outil incontournable pour mesurer les émissions de CO2 des entreprises, de quantifier. L'EIE est limitée car elle évalue (Majeur, Moyen, Mineur) juste l'impact environnemental sans quantifier réellement le taux de rejet.

L'approche participative et inclusive permet d'éviter des incompréhensions et des actions contradictoires entre les différentes parties prenantes, mais comme toujours en gestion de projets, il faut bien choisir quand intégrer chaque partie prenante. En pratique: - Expliquer les enjeux en amont à ses investisseurs et salariés pour s'assurer qu'ils comprennent comment l'entité et les équipes seront impactées, sans les sursolliciter tout au long du projet. - Ne communiquer en externe (clients, fournisseurs,..) qu'une fois que le calendrier et l'impact est à peu près ficelé.

La consultation du publique est avant tout la première étape à effectuer. Cela permet d'avoir l'opinion des populations avoisinantes du projet. Dès fois, il arrive que des projets ne puissent avancer car les populations locales sont en désaccord avec le promoteur du projet ou de l'entreprise. Par exemple, c'est le cas du projet de construction d'autoroute A 69 qui relie Castres et Toulouse.

Plus simplement, le principal frein est le travail que ça demande aux équipes à mobiliser. Si le sens de la démarche n’est pas partagé par tous, le projet est très lourd à porter. Et à l’inverse si le sens est là c’est beaucoup plus facile à mettre en œuvre de manière collaboratif. Un préalable indispensable à mes yeux est une formation qui sensibilise sur les enjeux ET qui montre en quoi l’entreprise ou l’organisation pourra agir, et par conséquent en quoi chacun pourra se rendre utile, notamment via l’EIE.

Seek their input, opinions, and concerns to ensure a comprehensive understanding of diverse perspectives. it is also one thing to say we will like to engage stakeholders and have their point of view on the subject, without considering the work and dedication it requires. What do we do then if the initiative is not taken well by the team? investors, clients? Every CSR initiative must be thought through thoroughly and presented in a way that every stakeholder finds its essence or could connect to.

Start with an identification of important regulations before you start. Quite often there are measuring frameworks that help you to set up your EIA in alignment with (future) regulation. Such as the product environmental footprint frameworks of the EU.
