El experimentar nuevas herramientas permite desarrollar nuevas habilidades y capacidades para que estén al servicio de crear ambientes de aprendizaje enfocados al desarrollo de competencias en la población objetivo. Actualmente gana terreno el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial y momentáneamente pareciera que estan estancadas las Realidades Extendidas: Realidad virtual, Realidad Aumentada pero no pasara mucho tiempo para que se cree una disrupcion basada en este tipo de tecnologías que tienen muchas aplicaciones en el campo de la educación y formación para el trabajo por lo que se recomienda mantenerse actualizado y seguir su desarrollo.

El inscribirse a cursos en línea es una buena opción para mantenerse informado con las tendencias y desarrollo de tecnologías emergentes utilizadas en los sectores productivos y tecnologías utilizadas para el desarrollo de procesos formativos. Personalmente recomiendo que se debe seleccionar muy bien el tipo de cursos considerando algunos criterios mínimos que garantizarian la calidad de los mismos. Esto considerando la proliferación masiva de estos servicios y no siempre con la calidad deseada. Las certificaciones es una buena opción por la credibilidad pero sin olvidar que muchos de estos servicios ofrecidos actualmente únicamente tienen el nombre. Recomiendo verificar muy bien el proveedor del servicio.
