Some examples 1) Keep the candidates engaged, informed, and be able to apply with ease. 2) The employees easily connect with their network (social referral) and refer, and be informed about the status of their referrals. 3) Allow the recruiters to add candidates quickly (accurate parsing), comment and track with ease, and search for matching candidates in database (auto-matching) 4) Interviewer and interview schedulers easily arrange and conduct interviews and increase interview bandwidth. 5) Respective stakeholders get the information/reports on the ATS.
