I always ask for feedback and constructive criticisms from my clients. I do this because how can I measure progress or failure and improve, if I don't get these feedbacks? We know that algorithms, certain tools and metrics used for measuring are good, but getting feedback from people who use your products and services should be the best tool to measure and improve on what you do. They use it, they have preferences, so if they take their time to tell you what should be improved on and what should be left, then unless you're not sentimental, take those feedbacks and turn to to metrics.
