As frustrating as this may be, this allows you to customize and build out a package that works best for you. It also means avoiding investment in one single solution without giving yourself the opportunity to test it out. Too often firms invest in something, spend a fortune, it doesn't work and they feel obligated to spend more money to fix it versus moving on. This can be avoided all together by applying free tools to create a minimal viable product or process that you can test risk free to your investment beyond time.

Algunos por qué piensan demasiado y otros por qué piensan muy poco para tomar decisiones, Lean Startup llega como un recurso metodológico que ayuda a las personas a seguir pasos ágiles en sus proyectos, dando un impulso en el desarrollo de nuevos productos o servicios. Esta información metodológica permite maximizar los recursos (Personas, dinero y recursos físicos) logrando generar MVP’s estables y reales.

He visto y analizado en mi compañía, que la aplicación del método impacta positivamente en 3 aristas puntuales: 1- Tiempo 2- Recursos 3- Calidad del MVP Lo cual conlleva a un éxito rotundo en el desarrollo de nuevos productos o servicios.

Um exemplo de como uma empresa pode aplicar esse conceito é através do case da Dropbox. A empresa criou um MVP (produto mínimo viável) e testou com clientes reais antes de investir tempo e recursos no desenvolvimento de um produto completo. Pra ficar mais claro o quanto isso ajudou entenda aqui comigo como isso foi feito, o time dela criou um vídeo que explicaria como seria o aplicativo, eles postaram o vídeo em um fórum na internet, ele acabou gerando grande interesse e feedback dos futuros usuários. Com base nesses feedback a empresa conseguiu criar um produto completo, que atendia a necessidade dos seus clientes, se tornando na sequência uma das empresas mais bem sucedidas da última década.

CURIOSIDADE !! Eu gostaria de mencionar que apesar do nome esse modelo não se aplica apenas a empresas de tecnologia ou startups, na verdade outras empresas já utilizam esse modelo e conseguem gerar receitas absurdas. Por exemplo a GE Healthcare utilizando esse modelo conseguiu criar um novo produto de ressonância magnética que acabou sendo lançado em 18 meses (ao invés dos 36 meses que normalmente se leva). O produto foi um sucesso, gerando um faturamento de cerca de US$ 500 milhões em seu primeiro ano no mercado.
