It is important to showcase and celebrate both successes and failures, no matter how big or small they may be. Celebrating success is crucial to maintain engagement, especially at the beginning of your improvement journey.

Creo que es muy necesario realizar las Lesson Learned de cada proyecto de mejora y compartirlas con el equipo. De los errores o puntos de mejora siempre se aprende. El hecho de poder compartir los éxitos permite cohesionar y fortalecer al equipo para nuevas etapas.

Foster a judgement-free environment where the team can communicate successes and failures. In doing so this will help deveop a culture of learning. Treat challenges as opportunities to learn. Encourage individuals to reflect on what went wrong, why, and what can be done to address the problem in the future. Soon the team will realize the value in all successes and failures.
