For Co-creating EX vision, these strategies served me well. - First clearly look at the company situation, where is the company now, which industry and what are the present industries best practices, and which companies are doing great in terms of Ex and why. etc. - Identify what should be company's next 10, 5, 3 year goals and to achieve those goals what type of talent is required for the company. - Then define what type of EX is required to attract that type of talent and retain them in the company. - Last 3 we have a draft version, is now ensure there is a open minded and listening mind in place to get the employee involved in a regularly facilitation approach to up date the short term action and make the EX vision more mature.

Now various studies are leading EX directly connected with Human capital management (HCM). HCM has better articulation with business goals and so the EX vision should be design in a way to nourish human capital. different businesses may have different objective and hence they way it nourishes its HCM can be completely different than other. This also result in uniquely tailored EX vision for organization.
