Provide them with relevant and engaging education and training, such as workshops, webinars, online courses, or mentoring programs. Use a variety of formats and methods, such as case studies, simulations, games, quizzes, or storytelling. Make the learning fun and interactive, and tailor it to your event and your team's needs and interests. Provide them with clear and concise guidelines, checklists, and resources, and monitor and evaluate their performance.

Set realistic and measurable objectives and indicators, and track and report your progress and results. Seek feedback and suggestions from your team, your audience, your partners, and your stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for change. Encourage your team to experiment and try new things, and provide them with the resources and support they need. Foster a culture of curiosity and creativity, and embrace change and diversity.
