For Defining goals we have to first set our goals and keep those perspective in mind which are mandatory in our project and create a GD and first put your goals and ask opinions. As single solution can have many way to solve it but choosing perfect and HMI (Human Machine Interface) is essential and best way to solve it. By defining goals we set an sketch in our team and will get appropriate opinions for the solution and my considering best opinion with keeping others opinion in mind will get us to achieve our goal to make IoT device more user-friendly.

As we cant make any device perfectly in single attempt and even its a rule to have a plan for any work to be perfect like our CS teams makes flow chart before actual programming so we make a prototype device which would be very similar to the /actual Device but with less features. This help us to test in a small scale way and work more clearly on our main project and find limitations and defects and work to resolve and renovate with accuracy and in a simplified manner. Prototype testing makes our work easier as we have the bite of our idea in our hand and we can check and work in that comfortably and accurately.

When creating prototypes, try to make them as dynamic/flexible as possible. Working with real-world prototypes can be time-consuming if you have to physically create multiple iterations. Things that can help: - Breakout many power/program/testpoints/signals on the board. Create pads or connectors for them. - Use solder-bridges to connect/disconnect parts of the board for troubleshooting and testing. - When trying to prototype 2 different peripherals give them both a footprint if possible and populate the one you are trying to test. You can remove these 'helpers' when working towards your final design.
