Vejo que além de tudo que já foi dito no artigo, a autonomia é muito importante nesse início de jornada. Como é um novo colaborador e com certeza, você participou do processo seletivo, você deve dar autonomia ao novo colaborador, de acordo com o nível de pessoa que foi escolhida. Dando autonomia, é só acompanhar e ver até onde aquele colaborador pode chegar. Fazendo ajustes durante o percurso e direcionando para uma melhor entrega, sempre. Fazer com que a pessoa se sinta parte do negócio é primordial, principalmente no início. Uma gestão humanizada ajuda muito na entrega do time e isso deve ser revisto imediatamente pelas empresas.

If you are doing this in person, it's extremely important that you are a hundred percent present and prepared.
