Social learning theory is well explained with practice n setting an example. If people see you practically following the path you are preaching n witnessing positive results - things will start to change. 6 years back my society were against feeding community dogs - since then I hv never stopped taking care of the Eco system in my society. Today - everybody takes care of not only dogs, but every other being in our society. This change of hearts - is a real win.
