It can and will definitely be helpful in Training, Control room Operations and Decision-making. However we are overestimating its impact in the short term and underestimating its impact in the long run. It will not be helpful in conditioning and building emotional strengths of ground personnels. Nor can it mitigate or aid in challenges that Nature itself presents us with.
