Think carefully about dedicating a disproportionate amount of energy to the professional dream alone. You will appreciate the time you invest in others more than you will ever truly know should you experience a life changing diagnoses. The key is balance, set yourself clear parameters, share and stick to them. The fulfillment you will experience investing your energy in bringing others on that professional journey will far exceed the result of success alone.
