Students would be the highest to benefit since they would be leaders in higher education every faculty, and facilitator would get involved with the servant leadership and the learnings for the students would improve to a great extent. Finally for a student getting knowledge from different faculty members and the best would add to their repertoire of learning and gaining experience which would hold good for them in the practical world.

There is a mutual nurturing and bond that must exist for the success of both. Certainly individuals can arise as servant leaders but mutual benefit between the community and institutions only progresses when both exhibit an institutional servant leadership.
